MCAPS - Minnesota County Attorney Practice System - is a leading case management system in Minnesota, created by and for county and city attorneys. Counties, cities, and agencies of all sizes utilize the system to manage cases in and out of the courtroom. The County Attorney User Group, under Minnesota Counties Computer Cooperative (MnCCC), works together to create, implement, and enhance this effective and efficient case management software system through active cooperation of the membership.

We built our system by closely listening to counties, cities, and agencies and understanding their expectations with a case management system. Our mission is to develop and maintain integrated data systems that support attorneys in complying with the duties and obligations of a County Attorney and/or City Attorney, and to be in a position to exchange information with our partners.
