Joining MCAPS is easy! Our County Attorney User Group owns and manages the software, so all you'll need to do is reach out to us using the contact page and we'll get you in touch to get started.

Tell me about the hosted solution. How do I implement it?

MCAPS is hosted by OneNeck (a fully BCA-vetted vendor) in Microsoft's Azure Government. All data are hosted within the US and OneNeck manages the Cloud Environment 24/7. Hosting is available to all MCAPS sites, and all updates are performed by STI. The hosted solution reduces IT Staff time and frees up local network resources.

What is MnCCC?

MISSION: Established in 1978, Minnesota Counties Computer Cooperative (MnCCC) works with all Minnesota Counties as a joint powers organization facilitating services and training, providing software and other cost-effective measures to substantially reduce technology costs for counties, cities, and agencies. Our County Attorney User Group works with Strategic Technologies, Inc. to create, manage, and own their case management software through MnCCC.

Where are you located?

MnCCC is located just 4 minutes north of the Minnesota State Capitol. Strategic Technologies Inc. is located just off I-494 in Maple Grove. OneNeck IT Solutions is located in Eden Prairie.

Our MCAPS Design Team is situated across the state at various counties and is willing to travel or meet with you online to get you what you need!
